Cancellation Policy
Adriana Hill Salon & Co. requires a credit card to be kept on file in support of our policies. A credit card is required to make an appointment. It will be held, NOT charged when booking an appointment.
We value our guests and their time to the same degree that we value our staff and their time. For that reason, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If for any reason a guest is unable to make their appointment, we ask they contact the salon to reschedule or cancel the appointment with at least a 24-hour notice. This allows us the opportunity to book another guest in their place. If less than a 24-hour notice is given, 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the credit card on file.
In the event a guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment and fails to give any notice, the guest is considered a “no show” and 100% of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the credit card on file. Any charges will NOT go towards your next appointment.
Clients booking an appointment online will be required to acknowledge this waiver in order to make an appointment. This waiver authorizes Adriana Hill Salon & Co. to charge your credit card in accordance with our policies stated above. If there’s a true emergency, please call us.
If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, we may remove the blow dry and style portion of their appointment to ensure we are on time for our next guest.
Adriana Hill Salon & Co. services are non-refundable, however, there are circumstances where an adjustment is needed. Guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues.
Children are welcome when receiving a service, however, we kindly ask that children are not brought along to the client’s appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, zelle, cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Gratuity for your stylist is greatly appreciated. Please bring cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple pay them directly, as you will not be able to add it as you check out for your services.
