Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policies

Most reservations require a refundable deposit in order to book—

  • Cancel or reschedule with 48+ hours notice — no charge. This gives us time to honor our stylist’s schedule and offer another guest that slot.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the service charged to the card on file. That reserved time was held for you and couldn’t be offered to another guest.
  • No-show: 100% of the service charged. Charges do not apply toward future reservations.
  • 15+ minutes late may mean we remove the blow-dry/style to stay on time for our next guest.
  • Services are non-refundable, but if you’re not happy with your results, call us within 72 hours for a complimentary adjustment.
  • Gratuity can be added at checkout or tipped directly to your stylist via cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or QR code provided at checkout.
